Research Proposal

Will be graded in Classwork/Homework category
Sample:
Name: Dennis Takeshita
Research Proposal: I am interested in researching more about the Indigenous boarding schools that sought to destroy Native American culture. First I will provide the background of what happened to American Indians in these boarding schools. Then, I will address specific schools and tribal nations that were impacted. In the end, I will explain why society should learn about and memorialize those harmed and killed by these schools.
Sample Title: “American Indian Boarding Schools and the Importance of Memorialization”Sample Thesis: American Indian boarding schools devastated tribal communities and should be remembered to prevent future harm.
