Guidance and Counseling » AP/HONORS COURSE INFORMATION

Students considering taking an Advanced Placement (AP) level class must attend an AP Exploration Meeting in order to understand the full scope and expectations of each course. Attending a meeting does not commit a student to enroll in an AP class and, conversely, AP classes can only be selected after attending the meetings and completing an AP/Honors contract. If you have a "C" grade in your current class, you must submit a Skills Mastery form that has been signed by a teacher and your parent/guardian. Students may pick up forms in the Counseling Center.

>> Counselors will collect completed forms during individual programming meetings <<

All forms are due to counselors by March 25, 2022

>> Students that were not able to attend an AP/Honors Exploration Meeting may visit the teacher who presented at the meeting (see schedule below) to receive course information.  Teachers should be available in their classroom before school, after school and during brunch/lunch. <<
