Congratulations to the SPHS Girls Varsity Soccer team that won the CIF Southern Section, Division 5 championship game on March 2, 2018. The win marked the team’s first CIF championship since 2003 and propelled them to the state level competition. Team members include: Celeste Amaya, Quyen Ballagh, Emma Barrera, Isabel Bluml, Alyssa Bonk, Emily Dunn, Lila Dworsky-Hickey, Noemi Howland, Harper Fox, Isabella Gonzalez, Elizabeth Haider, Georgia Hansen, Uma Hornish, Jessica Lat, Maya Martinez, Jade Myer, Jenna Noueihed, Sophie Reynolds, Corey Segal, Riley Segal, Lorraine Tilley, and Maylis Whetsel. The team is coached by Victoria Lathrop and Daniel Saldana. Go Tigers!
