South Pasadena High School (SPHS) is holding its sixth annual Student Voter Registration drive from September 21-25, 2026. In California, eligible students who are 16 can pre-register, and those who are 18 can register to vote.
Students from Oliver Valcorza’s AP Government classes, Alisia Engelhard’s Civics classes, and Casey Shotwell’s ASB class volunteered their time during lunch to help students pre-register and register to vote so that their voices may be heard in upcoming elections. Student volunteers also worked with The Civics Center for promotional materials and support.
