Options for SPHS Students Seeking Academic Assistance

With the semester more than halfway finished, SPHS students may be seeking academic assistance for coursework in various subjects. SPHS offers several options including Student Help Centers that are offered before and after school and during lunch. Teachers are available during these times to assist students with their studies in English, Chemistry, Physics, Math, Biology, APES, Economics, US/World History, Spanish, French, and Chinese.

The Veritas Tutoring Club also offers peer tutoring after school from 2:45 - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday in Room 912 (Mon, Wed, Thurs) and Room 512 (Tues). Fellow high school students assist with all subjects and levels of Math, World Languages, Science, Social Studies and English Language Development.
