-Discuss IR pacing.
-Read IR book.

Conduct a 20 minute interview of a mentor. You may not get through all 15 of your questions. The person you choose should be a working adult, who you know well. It should not be your parent or sibling, but it may be a relative. You must submit an audio recording here. Seek permission to record ahead of time. If your person doesn't want to be recorded, take someone with you to take notes for you so that you may focus on asking the questions and listening.

Do not do the interview until you have practiced recording and are sure your method will work. I will give more guidance next week.
