Health Spring (Period 6)

This is due during class time.  You will need this information to help complete your Prenatal Baby Booklet.

Please follow these guidelines:

- Write neatly AND in ink.

- Staple papers in the correct order (use teacher's long-reach stapler).

- For personal artifacts, make photocopies/duplicates rather than using originals.

- Use colors where possible.

- Be sure to check your worksheet answers with teacher's key before writing in your booklet.

- All pictures/diagrams must include captions.
