Read Friends chapter- pages 105-113 and be prepared for a quiz on the reading

Finish defining unknown words in article- at least 5

 

Write one typed page answering the firs bullet point question on the back of the article- include three quotes from the article to support your position

complete pages 50 and 51 of the grammar packet- creating compound-complex sentences

You must finish your personal statement today and edit for both content- thesis, evidence, structure, as well as read each sentence and identify which type of sentence you have written- simple, compound, complex, compound-complex, as well as what types of verbs you are using: action, helping, progressive (ing)

 

If you have fragments and run ons it will be clear that you did not identify each type of sentence used and I will down grade you. You must share your final draft of the personal statement by 9pm on google drive
