12th Literature Assignments

The following are dates for the Senior Research Project:

 

April 17th:  All surveys are in.

April 21st:  Classes in library working on survey analysis

April 23rd:  Classes in library working on survey analysis.

April 27th:  Survey Analysis due

May 7th:  Research completed are 20 notecards are due

May 11th:  Classes in library working on research paper or job shadow report

May 21st:  research paper or job shadow report due

June 1st:  Classes in library working on power point presentations

June 5th - June 10th:  Power points are presented before committee (final)

 

 

Play Review by this date:  6/4/15

2nd semester theatre requirement.  

 

See a play - write a review on play that includes plot, themes, and your opinion of the work.  Remember that this assignment is in syllabus and discussed at beginning of each semester.  Also remember that if one cannot afford to see a play at SPHS, one can work on one of our plays, or usher at local playhouses and see a play for free ("A Noise Within"), ("Pasadena Playhouse'), CSLA, East LA College, Pasadena Community College)

I got a review of "If/Then" - a musical that someone who saw it with Idina Menzel in NYC.  There is not a name on the review.  If anyone KNOWS who saw this, let me know - so the person can get credit.  Off the record, I saw that same show in NYC and walked out on it - I was so bored with it.
