Would you be interested in taking the AP Physics C Mechanics exam if offered at our school?

Our class prepares you for the AP Physics 1 exam.

The AP Physics C Mechanics test has the exact same content and the exact same format. However, the content is exactly the same as the AP Physics C Mechanics test. The biggest difference is that some of the formulas, math questions, and derivations involve basic calculus.

I willl not prepare you for this test, so you will need to prepare on your own. You will have access to the AP Classroom for AP Physics C Mechanics. If you are currently taking or have taken AP Calculus AB, you will probably be able to prepare for this test with a couple of months. Many colleges will give you credit for AP Physics C but not for AP Physics 1.

Would you like to take the AP Physics C exam in addition to (or instead of) the AP Physics 1 test? If there's enough interest, we may be able to offer it at the school. Otherwise, those interested need to find a different school that administers it. The two exams are offered at different times.
