Description
This one year science course covers most of the standard topics of physics.  Motion in 1-D and 2-D, Newton's Laws of Motion, Circular Motion, Momentum and Energy, Rotational Motion, Gravitation, Waves, 
Sound, Light, Refraction, Reflection, Electrostatics and Electricity.
 
This course uses algebra but also emphasizes a conceptual approach to the topics. 
 
Successful students usually are good note takers, and have good attendance and pay attention in class and make a strong effort.
 
When students have questions, I encourage them to come to room 221 and see me before school or during lunch time.
 
The course syllabus is listed to the right.
